Penalties for cancellation or changes
- Within 60th day before arrival: Free cancellation or changes
- Between 59th day and 15th day before arrival: Payment of 50% of full amount due (for all room nights reserved).
- Between the 14th and 1st day before arrival and in case of no show: Payment of 100% of full amount due (for all room nights reserved).
Policy for Hotel Excelsior
- Rooms at the special rate for IUS 2022 to be booked by 17 July 2022
- Payment is due by 1 August 2022. From 18 to 31 July participants can modify or cancel their reservation at no charge.
- The hotel will send a link to finalize the reservation and booking must be confirmed with full payment by 1 August 2022 – should payment not be completed, the room will be automatically released.
