Sevan Harput is a Senior Lecturer in the division of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, London South Bank University. He leads the Bioengineering Research Centre (BERC) at London South Bank University. In addition to his academic work, he has been providing technical consultancy for SMEs and start-ups for over 10 years. He has presented his research in several invited talks and seminars, including the UK parliament. He worked as an Editorial & Administrative Assistant (2013-2018) and as an Associate Editor (2018-2022) for the IEEE T-UFFC. His research interests include high frame-rate ultrasound imaging, super-resolution imaging, ultrasound contrast agents, signal processing for biomedical imaging, nonlinear acoustics, ultrasound sensor modeling, and biomedical device development.
